Question

I rolled over my RMD to my Roth acct. My RMD is $5763.81 and I rolled over $5764.00. It was a distribution. Was it entered correctly?

I was not required to take and RMD this year but chose to roll over the amount to a Roth.
I was $0.19 over the RMD amount.  Does this matter?

There is no limit on the amount that you ware eligible to convert.  Because RMDs were waived for 2020, the normal requirement that you complete an RMD before rolling over any other amounts did not apply.  You report this as a Roth conversion.

When entering this Form 1099-R, be sure to indicate that none of this distribution was RMD.  If you previously indicated that some or all of this distribution was RMD, delete and reenter the 1099-R.

And even if you entered the 5763.81 it would have rounded up to 5764.
