Question

I sent several 1099-NEC forms to contractors, and filed with the IRS. I need to view those forms. How can I do that?

This can be done in Quick Employer Forms (QEFs) if you used that platform. Use the information from the QEFs FAQs. To access your account through your TurboTax (see below).

    • What is Quick Employer Forms?
    • In TurboTax Online/Mobile once signed into your account scroll down to 'Your Account' and select W-2s and 1099s.
    • In TurboTax Desktop go to your business or rental go to Business Profile or Property Profile.

How can I save my forms?

We save everything for you after you complete each screen. Once you click Done or Continue at the bottom of the screen, your information is saved automatically. We'll save your forms for you for next year, too. Save your User ID and password and just log in next year.

How can I edit my forms?

You can edit forms that haven't been e-filed. On the Forms page for the relevant business, locate and click on "Edit" for the corresponding form. Then make changes on any field on the form that needs to be corrected.
