Question

I take monthly payments from my IRA to help me pay my monthly living expenses. That's what the account was designed to do since Social Security is not enough money.

What is your question?  The distributions will still be taxable unless they are rolled into another retirement account.

You still enter the 1099-R you received for the distributions, just as you would if you took the amount one time.  The 1099-R will reflect full distributions for the year.  Once you're past early distribution age it makes no difference how you took it.
