No 1099-R is showing up in my complete tax return PDF file. And its showing as we withdrew around $21,000 from a pension, and $13,000 from an IRA - but we didn't! I withdrew $13,000 of DISTRIBUTIONS from a Roth IRA, my husband cashed out a $8,000 401k (he is under 30 so I know we pay SOME tax, which should be on $8,000 NOT $31,000+. I need to see what was entered in turbotax software, where can I see that? I don't want to just see a pdf copy of my return.

You mean you withdrew 13,000 of CONTRIBUTIONS from the ROTH IRA? Sounds like you entered the 13,000 twice (8,000+13,000=21,000 for Pension). Once under IRA and also under Pension and Annuities. On the 1099R there is a little IRA box between boxes 7&8 that determines which 1040 line it shows up on.

How much is on 1040 lines 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b? Only 4b and 5b are the taxable amounts. Did you get any other 1099R forms for a Rollover or Conversion?

I assume you used the Online version? If you want to see the interview steps and questions and your answers, the only way to see what you entered into a prior year online return, would be to download the .tax2023 file and install the 2023 Desktop program to open it. You can use this article on How to finish a prior year to download the .tax2023 file.
