Question

I took cash from my Roth IRA over the course of the past year to pay for basic living expenses such as rent payment, what do I file that under?

Nothing that it suggests where it says to "lower my bill" seems to apply, but the exact wordings of the statements are so vague and complicated at the same time, I'm just struggling to see if basic living expenses for sustainable living even apply.

    Sorry, basic living expenses are not eligible for the 10% early withdrawal exclusion.
