Question

I wanted to clarify as I am about to take out some retirement funds to help with some costs. Just trying to be strategic as I have 15k (retirement) and 10 k (PT work).

Seems there is a 38.00 Tax credit. Am I to assume with the standard deduction of 29,200 for Married Joint file that I can minimize my taxes if I can take out up to 4200+23,200 to stay in 10% tax bracket?
