  • That I am unable to provide therefore I am unable to  create an account.  How do I prove my identity when I can't creat an account online and no one is available to answer calls at the IRS. I filed in January and have been unable to obtain my refund as well as the stimulus check.  I really need to get this handled.  Any help would be much appreciated.

What financial document are you unable to provide? Maybe we can help point you in the right direction.

Otherwise, if you cannot confirm your identity, you will need to wait till the IRS reopens. They likely will not release the stimulus or the refund without identity confirmation.
