If I already filed jointly with my wife on her account and it was accepted, do I also have to file on my account? Reason for asking is that it doesn't show that I have.

No, if your spouse filed a joint tax return it will include both incomes on one tax return so there is no need to file again. If the tax return was accepted it can sometimes take 24-48 hours to reflect in the IRS system.
