This is on form 1310 for refund due a deceased taxpayer when I am the executor of the estate. Do I check box B or box C. Which is the correct box for the executor of the estate

As executor for your mother's estate, check Box C on Form 1310.

@deebaker So sorry for your loss.

FYI: You won't be able to e-file this return. You'll need to sign the return as the executor, include form 1310, and mail the return to the IRS.
