Question

If I did not receive my social security number till 2020. Can I still file my 2019 tax return for the sole purpose of recieving my stimulus check?

While we can't be 100% sure how it will work in your case, it won't hurt to go ahead and file a return.  I would suggest filing using the free version of TurboTax found here: FreeFile delivered by TurboTax.
