If I have already reported my lump sum from 2020 from my SSA 1099 form. Why is Turbo Tax asking again

If you are still in the Social Security income section of your return, then you will need to enter some additional information about your 2020 tax return in order to determine the amount (if any) of income from that lump sum to include on your 2021 tax return.
