If I have filed federal and it doesn't ask for forms should I send them anyway? I also have Earned Income.

No, if TurboTax doesn't specifically tell you that you have to mail a particular form, then there's no reason to send it. If the IRS subsequently asks you to send them something, only then do you need to do so.
