Do I need to add any of her retirement or other accounts?

If you do not live in a community property state you only need to enter her name and Social Security number on your tax return, nothing else.

However if you live in a community property state it gets much more complex when filing Married Filing Separately.  See this - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/taxation/married-filing-separately-community-property/L11CeLUMs_US_en_US?uid=lsm6vjx2
