If I opened a roth with 50k in 2012 with no futher contributions and withdrew 50k in 2024 when the roth value was 350k what is prior yr conv

    If you opened the Roth in 2012 and the account was untouched until 2024, there were no prior year's conversion. That amount would be reported as "0". A prior year's conversion would be reported if you converted any amount of a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA but this does not seem true in your case.
