If I paid health insurance premiums from my retirement annuity, where is this considered when I file my tax report?

If my retirement annuity withheld health insurance premiums from my monthly distribution, why isn't this considered in box 5?

Health insurance premiums are not deductible from an annuity distribution. Life insurance premiums may be as they may be paid in with after tax dollars, but not health insurance premiums.
