If I put $0, in the State Tax withheld (Box 17) on my 1099-INT, it gives me an error.

I live in Texas and there is no state tax withheld on interest income. I am getting an error in TurboTax if I put $0 in box 17. But if I delete it, I keep getting a prompt to review the accuracy of my entry.

    Leave boxes 15, 16, & 17 all Blank, empty no spaces.
