If my federal is $155.85,my social security tax is $135.08 and my medicare tax is 31.59 can someone please tell me what's it's telling me that I'm only being refunded $202. I believe bi made a mistake

You do not get your social security or medicare taxes back as a refund. They are put towards your retirement.

So it sounds like you are getting all the withholding in box 2 back plus probably a credit like the EIC low income credit.  Or you are seeing the total of federal and state Refunds.
