If my total distribution for a IRA is more than required RMD. Do all the accounts need to meet its RMD?

Yes, you met the RMD if the total distribution covers the total RMD for all IRAs.

"An IRA owner must calculate the RMD separately for each IRA they own but can withdraw the total amount from one or more of the IRAs" (IRS FAQ RMD).
