Question

If the provider list does not have the payer of my husband's pension in the list, what should I do? I have tried changing around the words in the name. No luck.

I am unable to enter the name of my husband's pension provider. I've tried rearranging the words. No luck. What should I do!

    You can enter the 1099-R manually; it is easier than importing.   Skip the import.   Choose Enter a different way, then choose Type it in myself.   Where do I enter a 1099-R?

    Enter it manually.  Go to the bottom and pick Skip Import or Enter a Different way.
