If there is a question in Turbo Tax that applies to my wife but not me, should I still answer yes to the question? We are filing jointly.

The software does not know which one of you is sitting at the keyboard. If "yes" is the correct answer for one of you, then say yes. If the question then requires an entry of some sort of income there should be a spot with each of your names to choose from.
