If you take money from a 401K out in jan of 2023, can you claim that on your 2022 taxes?

We are eligible to take money out and did not get it out in december. Still wondering if you can predate the withdrawal, as we are low enough on the agi to do it. Is this allowable?

If the withdrawal was made in 2023 it can only be reported on your 2023 tax return to be filed next year.
