im on review of 1099R and im ready to imput our state pension income but where it goes says nees review but it wont allow me to imput. How can i imput my info?

and the box for financial institution has my wifes name in it and I cant correct it- looks like a glitch in the software to me. what can i do to correct this page?

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually. You will be asked who the form belongs to, by name. Make sure you select the correct name that belongs to the form being entered.
