Box 11 for home office income. Then percentage of income from home office. I put 65, but comes up as 65.00. Do I need to figure 65% of my income and put that amount?

Form 8829 Expenses for Business Use of Home Line 11 is for real estate taxes, not income. Are you working in the Step-by-Step interview or in Forms Mode?

In either case, if a question is asking about income, enter dollars. Percentage of home used is based on the square footage for the home office compared to the total square footage of the home. This is not a direct-entry question, since TurboTax makes the calculation for you.

The Simplified Method can be elected each year but is limited to a total of 300 square feet for the home office.

You may wish to return to the start of the home office deduction section and review your initial answers if you wish to claim the Simplified Method.
