If you need to enter Cleveland city income tax information, you needed to choose CCA on an earlier screen instead of RITA. To get back into the Ohio interview portion of TurboTax Online to change your city reporting information: If you don’t see 2022 TAXES in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes on the Hi, let’s keep working on your taxes! page and then select Let’s get started, Pick up where you left off, or Review/Edit. Otherwise, in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes, then select Your State Returns Select Edit to the right of Ohio Proceed through the state interview until you come to the A few things before we wrap up your state taxes screen Scroll down to Ohio city taxes, and select Revisit On the Do you want to file your city income taxes? page, select the box to the left of CCA, then select ContinueYou'll be able to enter your Cleveland tax information on the ensuing pages. TurboTax's Ohio state software supports all CCA and RITA returns. Please see the TurboTax Help article Which city tax returns can I do in the TurboTax state program? for more information.

Question

In the pull down tab where it lists the cities for RITA it doesn’t have Cleveland listed. I’m unsure which one I should click?

To get back into the Ohio interview portion of TurboTax Online to change your city reporting information:

If you don’t see 2022 TAXES in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes on the Hi, let’s keep working on your taxes! page and then select Let’s get started, Pick up where you left off, or Review/Edit.
- Otherwise, in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes, then select Your State Returns
Select Edit to the right of Ohio
Proceed through the state interview until you come to the A few things before we wrap up your state taxes screen
Scroll down to Ohio city taxes, and select Revisit
On the Do you want to file your city income taxes? page, select the box to the left of CCA, then select Continue

You'll be able to enter your Cleveland tax information on the ensuing pages.
