Question

Income & taxes withheld (Boxes 1-6), Less common items (Boxes 7-14) and boxes 15-17 in Turbotax do not match my 1099-R boxes.

Are you entering your 1099R in the right place?

 

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

My error.  I had the W2 box checked and wasn't going back far enough to see my mistake.  I unchecked the w2 box and all is well.  Thanks.
