I transferred an inherited IRA to another inherited IRA account.  Do I have to report this on my taxes?

NO.  There should be nothing to report.

The inherited IRA was permitted to be moved only by nonreportable trustee-to-trustee transfer.  You should receive no Form 1099-R for this movement of funds.  A Form 1099-R showing this as a distribution would imply that a distribution was made that was not permitted to be deposited back into an inherited IRA.

No.  You should receive no documentation for a trustee to trustee transfer.
