Inherited IRA

I have two inherited IRA's from the same person, my mother. Not large accounts. The RMD for one was $265 and the other was $503.

I took the RMD that I calculated I had to take from both, plus a bit more ($800) from just one of them. I only received a 1099-R from the one I took the money from. How do I report the second that I didn't touch or can I just put the total required RMD in the box for the RMD for the one I took or is there another form to fill out for the one I did not take money from and for which I didn't get an RMD. Thanks.

When entering this Form 1099-R, simply enter $768 as the required RMD for this account.  Nothing needs to be entered regarding the other inherited IRA.
