IRA withdrawal taxable amount should be 2310.00 (line 4b on n1040) Turbo Tax Home & Business posted it on line 4b as 4620.00 - why is it posted double the correct amount

Correctly entered my 1099-R listing distribution as 2310.00 and taxable amount as 2310.00  Tax form 1040 shows taxable amount as double the amount 4620.00 How do I correct this situation?

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.

But after deleting the Form 1099-R and before re-entering check your Form 1040 on line 4b to make sure that there is no amount entered.

I did the delete and 1040 showed "0" Taxable - then entered manually with same 4620.00 taxable.  Is it a defect in the software?
