IRA Withdrawals

In the Income section on IRAs, it asks "Withdraw from ROTH IRA prior to 2024?"  Does "withdraw" here mean the same thing as distributions?  So any funds I've received count as "withdrawals."?

    Yes, in this context a withdrawal is the same thing as a distribution.
