Yes, if you received Form TC675-H to report the contributions. Enter your Utah Education Savings Plan contributions during the Utah state interview. You'll need to click Yes when on Let's Check Utah Credits page 1 of 3, then continue through the tax interview to report the contributions. (Click the screenshots below for reference.)
