Is it unusual that my return was accepted a week ago and I indicated that the IRS could withdraw what I owe the very next day, but it still hasn't been withdrawn?

How long does it typically take for the IRS to withdraw the money? It seems unusual to me that they wouldn't do it as soon as the return is accepted.
