Do you mean your SSA1099?  No.  You should have received it in the mail.

HOW TO GET SSA-1099

If you cannot find your SSA1099,you can get one from your nearest Social Security office, or there is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one.  Go to www.ssa.gov  You have to create an account with a user name and password.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you want to know if you've entered your Social Security go to:

  1. Income
  2. I'll choose what I work on
  3. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
  4. Next to the line that says Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099) look to see if there is a value that represent your Social Security Income.
  5. If it is not entered select [START] and follow the screen to complete your information.
