Is paid family leave reported on the same 1099-G as unemployment or will they send separate 1099-G?

Received my 1099-g for unemployment, only got 300.00 worth of paid family leave, wondering if this was all reflected on the first 1099-g from the state.

According to the IRS instructions for Form 1099-G, the state is supposed to send you two separate 1099-G forms, one for unemployment and one for family leave.
