Is pension income in one state taxable by another state?

I receive a pension income from California and pay federal tax on this pension.  I lived in Pennsylvania for the entire 2023 year.  Can PA tax my pension income from the state of California?

You pay state tax for the state in which you LIVE.    The fact that the pension is coming from CA does not make it taxable in CA.   You live in PA and are subject to the tax laws of PA.
