Is the amount from US Military Annuitant Pay an RMD?

I have filled in all the amounts from my 1099-R from Defense Finance and Accounting Pay and the form keeps asking questions about my "RMD." If it is not an RMD, how do I leave all of the answers blank?

    The military pension received for the year is the RMD.  The RMD amount is the same as shown in box 1 of the Form 1099-R.
