Under Federal
Select Wages & Income
Scroll to and select IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
Now Edit or Add another 1099-R
Lets import Your Tax Info

1. Type it myself
Who gave you a 1099-R?
1. Top left corner
