It looks like I typed in everything correctly on my 1099R how come it’s coming up as an error

First, if Box 2a is blank or says "unknown," leave it empty. Do not enter a zero.
Second, be sure the two letter state abbreviation is correct. For example, Arizona is AZ (not AR).
