It says I owe over 3,000 this year and last year I owed $1. I have the same pension and Social security. I messed up something. Can I start over?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

You can clear and start over as long as you have not paid your TurboTax fees or registered the product yet. Use that link for instructions. If you can't clear and start over, you will need to manually edit the return. Compare your returns side by side to see where the differences are.
