Last year I did not receive my deduction for Military retirement. This year it was automatic when I filled the 1099R. What can I do?

You can file an amended return for the previous year to correct the Form 1099-R entry if it was entered incorrectly. You will see an option for that on your home page in TurboTax. If your tax decreases, you will get a refund of that amount. You have three years from the due date of your tax return to amend your return to get a refund.
