Maryland 1099 R due to a direct rollover boxes 19 are different than TurboTax. Local distribution or pickup contribution?

How do we go about reporting the box 19 amount for a direct rollover for pickup contributions when turbo tax has it labeled local distribution. Just want to make sure we input it correctly.
