Mid-Year Move

We retired in April and moved out of the country.  Income earned while in Idaho should be taxed by Idaho but income earned after we moved shouldn't.  I can't find where I can enter the move date for our change in residency.  In previous years the Q&A asked if we moved.  Not so this year.

When you go to the IDAHO state portion you should be classified as a Part Year Resident.  You will then be able to enter the date of the move.

Thanks.  That gave me the hint I needed to figure it out.

September 2019 I relocated from Florida to Italy where I applied for residence. Hence, at the end of 2019 I was living in Italy but I the drop-down list include only US states and no foreign country.

In the My Info or Personal Info section, select "Foreign or U.S. Possession" (last item on dropdown list)  and you will get the boxes to enter your foreign address.
