Mother lives in PA, but she gets Teacher Retirement from OKLA. She has to file an OKLA return per Oklahoma law. Does she show she made money out of state on Fed return?

Mother lives in PA, files a PA return, but since she gets her retirement from OK Teacher Retirement, she has to file an OK return also.  Does she show on Fed return that she made money outside of PA?

Her retirement is only taxable income in Pennsylvania.  Public Law 104-95 (P.L. 104-95)  prevents any state from taxing income from certain pensions and deferred compensation plans paid to individuals who are not residents or domiciliaries of that state.
