My 1099-B/Supplemental info is showing QSOP's with a Date of Acquisition & date sold. What type of investments are QSOP in the turbotax drop down list of options?

    Qualified Stock Options (QSOS)  are also known as Incentive Stock Options. You would enter these as Employee Stock, and the type as Incentive Stock Option (ISO). See this article for more information.
