My 1099 form is not separated into boxes for Pennsylvania. What is my state ID number? I only have a total withheld, how do I know whether federal, state, or local?

Change where you are entering the form. For the one box of withholding, it is

federal tax since PA does not tax it.

Follow these steps:

Search for 1099-G and select the Jump to link at the top of the search results.
On the Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits in 2020? screen, answer Yes.
Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-G information.
