To clarify, what is the code in box 7 of your Form 1099-R?
If you had the Roth IRA for 5 years then your distributions should be Qualified Distributions and tax-free. Your Form 1099-R should have code T or Q. Please check your Form 1040 line 4b for the taxable amount.
