Question

My 1099-R Ira distribution says it needs review. I checked it, deleted it and reentered it but I still get the message. What do I do ?

Sometimes this is just a display issue on the Wages & Income topic page in TurboTax Online.

Close TurboTax, clear Cache and Cookies and check again.

Another suggestion from Expert @BillM223:

"TurboTax is programmed that if you have any entry in boxes 14, 15, or 16, then it makes you fill in all three.

The issue is that some people who print 1099-Rs nonsensically put something in box 15 even when 14 and 16 are empty.

When box 14 is empty, you don't need to enter anything for box 15 or 16."

If no errors come up in the Federal Review, you should be good to go.
