It depends. Did you enter these twice in the personal taxes and when you filled out your self-employment information? If so, you will need to remove the 1099 information from your personal side. Select revisit if you have entries in either of these two categories. if so: Delete the information after verifying you made duplicate entries in the income section when you entered your Self-employment income and expenses.

My 1099's are showing up in my self employment tab and as income from 1099 is it supposed to appear in both places or am i about to be taxed twice?
