My bank have not ready my form 1099. Do I have to wait to make my taxes?

You will need to enter the federal identification number and address of your bank to report your bank income if you want to e-file your tax return, and of course you will need the income amount. If you have that information you can enter it and file your tax return without the 1099 form. Also, you could mail your return in if you don't have the ID number or address of the bank.
