Question

My company made the max $7,300 contribution in 2022, but also made a $2,000 contribution for 2021 in 2022. TT keeps putting this in the wrong place. How do I enter both?

In my HSA summary it shows $7300 tax-free employer contributions (same as on my W-2) until I enter the addition $2,000 contribution they made for 2021 in 2022.  Instead of keeping both it changes the deduction to $2000 and tax-free employer contributions to $5,300.  This is incorrect, but I don't know how to make it enter both correctly.

No, don't enter the contribution for 2021, even if it was made in 2022. You only enter contributions that are for 2022. They can be made in 2022 or 2023 before the deadline.

If you didn't include the 2021 contribution that was made in 2022 on your 2021 tax return, you may want to amend your 2021 tax return and report it there.
