Schedule 1 Page 3: Military Retirement Income Exclusion is being included with my state tax form, with an amount given for question 2. "Base Military Exclusion". I never served in the military. How to remove this exclusion?

To remove the military pension exclusion from your GA state return you will need to return to the GA state interview and "Edit" the "Income" section.  There you will see the pension exclusion topic.  You can "Edit" that topic and remove any check boxes for the military pension exclusion.  You may still show a pension exclusion if you are age 62 or older or disabled and receiving a pension.

Hello, I followed your instructions but not seeing a box to uncheck to remove the miliary pension exlucsion.  Is there another way?

Since you are not seeing a box for military retirement exclusion in the GA state interview then likely, as you stated, you have not identified any military retirement and all is well.  The amount you see on GA schedule 1, page 3, question 2 will not be used as a subtraction unless there is an amount for question 3 below it.  You can verify that there is no military retirement exclusion on GA Schedule 1, lines 7b and 7e.
